1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. If you wish to cancel your purchase of our business plan, please submit a written request to support@youraplan.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Cancellations submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

1.2. Cancellation requests must include the order number, purchaser's full name, and a detailed reason for cancellation. Failure to provide complete information may result in rejection of the request.

2. REFUND POLICY

We offer a money-back guarantee under extremely limited conditions. To qualify for a refund, the following stringent criteria must be met:

  • You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase; no exceptions.
  • You must provide irrefutable evidence that the business plan is defective, incomplete, or not as advertised.
  • Refunds are only available for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
  • No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Refund requests are subject to a comprehensive review process, which may include interviews or additional documentation.

To initiate a refund, please send a detailed request to support@youraplan.com including your order details, evidence supporting your claim, and any other relevant information. Our team will assess your request, and approval is at our sole discretion.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days. However, delays may occur if additional verification is required.

3. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Our Money-Back Guarantee is designed to provide assurance to our customers regarding the quality and effectiveness of our business plans. However, eligibility for this guarantee is subject to the strict conditions outlined below:

  • Eligibility Period: Requests for the Money-Back Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Submissions made after this period will be automatically disqualified.
  • Usage Limitation: To qualify, the business plan must have been accessed no more than twice, and all accompanying materials must remain unmodified and unused beyond initial review.
  • Proof of Defect: Customers must provide comprehensive documentation demonstrating that the business plan fails to meet the advertised specifications, including but not limited to screenshots, detailed descriptions, and third-party evaluations.
  • Non-Transferable: The Money-Back Guarantee applies solely to the original purchaser and cannot be extended to any third parties or subsequent users.
  • Administrative Fee: An administrative processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover handling and verification costs.
  • Approval Discretion: All Money-Back Guarantee claims are subject to final approval by our management team, whose decision is irrevocable and binding.

To initiate a Money-Back Guarantee claim, please contact us at support@youraplan.com with the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Claim" along with your order number, detailed evidence of the claim, and any supporting documents. Incomplete or insufficient claims will not be considered.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 45 business days, excluding the aforementioned administrative fee. Please note that processing times may vary based on the complexity of the verification process.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You have accessed, downloaded, or used any part of the business plan beyond a 5-minute preview;
  • Cancellation requests made after the 30-day refund window;
  • Change of mind or decision to use an alternative service;
  • Personal reasons such as financial constraints, lack of time, or dissatisfaction without substantial evidence;
  • Failure to comply with the refund request procedures outlined in this policy;
  • Any other reason not explicitly covered under our stringent refund criteria.
